Copy
This Action creates a copy of a dropped file and places it in a specified location. It leaves the preexisting file untouched in its original location.
Name and Description:
These appear in the Basket Configuration window. It's probably best to use a short Name and save the longer explanation for the Description.
If you want File Viking to prompt you for the destination folder, enter the {Tag}{folder:Select the Target Folder}
Target Folder:
Destination for the new copy of the file. Use "..." button to select the target folder.
You can enter {Tags} such as {yyyy} to make the target folder more dynamic.
For example,
C:\Clients\{ask:Client Name}
causes File Viking to prompt you for the name of your current client and saves your answer for easy re-use.
